A delegation of the Spanish "State-wide campaign against the Occupation and for the Sovereignty of Iraq" (CEOSI) met on December 20, 2004 with Alberto Moreno Humet, sub-secretary of the Foreign ministry responsible for North Africa and the Middle East.
